How much is due at time of booking?
Reservations under 30 days will require a payment of 50% of the reservation total at time of booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the arrival date. Reservations for 30 days or more, a Non-refundable deposit of $500 will be due at the time of booking. The Remaining balance will be due at the time of the arrival date.
How old do you have to be to rent a property?
25 years or older
What communications will you provide after I reserve and when will I receive my lockbox code?
We will email you your rental confirmation along with the break down of the rental price, fees, taxes and policy. You will then receive An email Two days before arrival verifying your reservation.
On the day of arrival, you can call our office to receive your lockbox code or go to https://guests.lodgify.com for online check in.
What is your cancellation policy?
100% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 14 days before arrival or earlier. 85% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 7 days before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if canceled after.
Check-In & Check-Out
What time is check in?
Check-in time is between 3pm-5pm during the off season. You are more than welcome to call the office to see if rental is ready sooner. During our peak season(summer) check in time is strictly at 4pm no early check ins are acceptable.
Where do we check in?
Our front office is located at the front of the property in a yellow cottage, you can retrieve the keys from us there or you can use the app to check in and receive your lockbox code.
What is needed to check-in?
You will receive an email to fill out our pre-check in form. You will need to provide a government-issued license/passport and the time you will be arriving. All occupants must fill out this form.
What time is check out?
Check-out is at 11 am.
Will there be daily housekeeping?
D&R Pelican Bay Resort is operating as an AIRBNB resort and currently we do not offer complimentary housekeeping services. Laundry services are available with a fee of $50 if guests need fresh linens/towels. We do encourage occupants to bring extra towels and necessities for the duration of their stay.
What time will laundry services be available?
After paying the laundry service fee, guests will need to gather linens/towels into the laundry bag provided and place on the outside of the door between 9am-11am so they can be exchanged for fresh linens/towels.
Can we leave the rental as is?
On your check out date the occupants must bag and dispose of all trash in the dumpster located at the entrance. All dirty linens/towels/bedding need to be placed in the laundry bag provided and left in the bathroom. All dishes must be washed and put away. Failure to abide by the rules will cause you to forfeit your damage deposit of $100.
Are there washer/dryer units available if we don’t pay for laundry services?
In our “clubhouse” there is a coin operated washer and dryer available for all guests to use.
What’s provided in my Fulton rental?
Initial bath towels, Linens, Blankets and pillows. Pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glassware, etc. Coffee Maker. Initial hand and dish soap. Initial supply of trash bags. Initial supply of toilet paper. Cable/Free Wi-Fi. Iron and Ironing board. Hair Dryer.
What should I bring for my rental?
- Towels – Beach or Bath
- Shampoo, bath soap, toiletries, sunscreen, & personal items.
- Laundry detergent(if you wish to use our coin operated machines).
- Mosquito Spray. Fishing gear. Ice Chest. Ice. Charcoal/Lighter Fluid. Paper towels, Aluminum foil, Food. Beverages.

Will I be given an access code to the private pier?
All occupants will receive a code to our private pier, wi-fi, lockbox code for the rental and our clubhouse code upon arrival.
How late can we access the pier?
Occupants are welcome to fish on the pier 24/7. Please be advised that guests must not leave any items or personal fishing items at the pier. All trash must be thrown away and picked up. Please do not cut bait on the benches, guest enjoy a clean seat.
Does the pier have lights at night?
No worries, our pier will be lit up all night long! Along with green lighting underneath to attract all your favorite saltwater fish!
