VILLA POLICIES: Some of the Villa policies are different from that of the resort. Please read below if you have plan on booking or if you have booked the Villa for an upcoming stay.

CHECK-IN TIMES ARE THE SAME AS THE RESORT.
Check-In is after 4:00 PM
Early check-in is subject to availability. If your room is ready then we will be more than happy to accommodate your request. If you are needing to check in prior to the room being ready then there will be a $40/hour charge to prepare the room. Please contact the front desk prior to arrival to check availability.
Late Arrival Information: Our office closes at 10 PM in the summer months and 8 PM in the winter months. If you will be arriving after this time please contact the front desk to make arrangements for them to leave a key.
Check-Out is at 11:00 AM
Late check-out is subject to availability. Late check-out after 12:00 PM is an additional $40/hour charge up until 2:00 PM. Late check-out after 2:00 PM will be an additional night’s charge plus taxes and fees. Please contact the front desk the day prior to check-out to check availability.
DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY: 50% of the reservation is to be paid upon booking. There is a 14-day cancellation policy prior to arrival. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund. Bookings cancelled within the 14-day time frame will forfeit the full amount of their deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS. Payment in full is due at time of check-in.
CLEANING / RESORT FEES: All reservations will incur a $150/stay cleaning fee and a $7.99/night resort fee. These fees are non-refundable.
PET POLICY: NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN THE VILLA.
MAID SERVICE/HOUSEKEEPING: No daily maid service will be provided. The Villa is self-contained and includes your basic pots, pans, other cookware, dishes, glassware, linens, and towels. No food or drinks will be supplied. Paper towels, toilet paper, hotel toiletries, and coffee have been supplied but will not be restocked.
If on ARRIVAL you have ANY HOUSEKEEPING PROBLEMS, please report to the front desk IMMEDIATELY so that they may be remedied. No discounts will be given due to housekeeping.
EXCESSIVE CLEANING FEE: There will be an additional $300 cleaning fee charged to the card on file if the property is left excessively dirty.
To avoid the excessive cleaning fee please make sure the following are done prior to check out: • Take out any/all trash to the large trash cans located outside of the garage. (If full please call the front desk for trash pick-up) • Strip all beds that have been used – except for comforters • Load and start dish washer • Pile up dirty towels/linens and place in hallway by washing machine room. • Turn off all lights and ceiling fans.
MAINTENANCE ISSUES: Please PROMPTLY REPORT MAINTENANCE ISSUES to the front desk. Pelican Bay Resort staff may enter the property to respond to any maintenance and/or housekeeping issues during your stay. No refund or rate adjustment will be made for unforeseen failures such as the supply of electricity, water, pool filtration systems, television/cable service/Wifi, etc. Please do not leave doors or windows open while the A/C or heaters are operating.
AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be 21 or older to make a reservation. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by an adult in order to check in to a room and stay on property.
PAYMENT PROCESSING: A credit card is required to guarantee a reservation and payment is due upon check-in. We accept all major credit cards and cash. We do not accept checks.
PROPERTY DAMAGES/STOLEN ITEMS: For any items that have been damaged or stolen the cost of the replacement or repair will be charged to the credit card on file.
SMOKING POLICY: Non-Smoking within the house (Cost of damages may apply).
